Powder sanitiser for post-milking udder hygiene

A sanitiser in powder form to be diluted, which offers a sanitising and softening action, for milk animal teat hygiene after milking (post-dipping). The product, with tosylchloramide sodium, is revolutionary due to its blend of excellent sanitisers, filming agents and functional cosmetic additives with softening, soothing, calming and moisturising properties, capable of preventing reddening and chapping of the teats. The powder form of the product allows the active ingredient to remain stable in long-term storage.Dispose of the first few jets of milk at the beginning of milking. Observe operative dilutions. It is important to prepare the product in advance in order that it can reach the correct level of viscosity (12 hours before use).
Pour the contents of a sachet (50 g) in a container previously filled with 5 litres of water*. Shake vigorously in order to obtain an even dispersion of the powder. Leave to rest for at least 12 hours and then shake again to homogenise the resulting solution. Immerse the teats in the product immediately after milking, using the special cup. Leave to dry. * According to the type of viscosity desired, it is possible to vary the quantity of water with which to mix the powder. For a more viscose and filming solution use 4 litres of water. For a more fluid solution use 6 litres of water.
